Absolutely the BEST experience I could have imagined. First, the service by AZ Cars Locksmith. My ignition switch failed on my Honda Accord. I finally found AZ Cars Locksmith after a search online. I set an appointment with Erez, for the next morning. Upon arrival, Erez diagnosed the problem. He rebuilt my ignition switch (on-site) and provided 2 new keys. The cost, very reasonable! Now, the backstory! The day before I had a locksmith arrive and after 2 hours left my car DISABLED. YES, the OTHER locksmith left my car disabled (I couldn't drive it). I was given a price TWICE as high as AZ Cars Locksmith. I was also told, it would be 3/5 business days to get the new part! Thank Heaven, I found AZ Cars Locksmith! My VW Passat had an issue where the steering wheel locked and the ignition would not turn. I couldn't turn the vehicle on rendering it disabled. Eric responded to my request within 15 minutes on a Saturday. During our phone call I could tell, after to talking to other vendors, he had seen the issue before and knew how to fix it. A faulty steering lock was the culprit. We scheduled a service time for the next day. He let me know when he was on the way. The service took a little over an hour and the issue was completely fixed. Overall: Great Communication, Expertise, and Experience. Couldn't ask for more.

My neighbor came over, her fiancé was working, and said she was getting ready to go to town. She put her purse( with the keys) and everything else she needed for what she was going to town for. She put her two dogs in the back seat. When she turned around to get into the car her little pup jumped into the front seat and locked the doors. We called the locksmith and was quoted a price, she said okay and to hurry because we had dogs locked in the car. They said their employee would call and set up a time. A lady called back with in a minute or two and said she would be there in 15-20 minutes. She was there in 15 minutes and we had the puppies out and in the house. She was very professional and courteous and we payed the agreed price and everyone was happy. Excellent Job and done quickly.

Above and beyond!! Eric was wonderful to work with. I inadvertently inserted the wrong car key in the ignition and locked up the whole column- it was immovable! So thankful that this was the first company to show up on my search for car locksmiths!!! Absolutely saving this number for any future disasters. Response time was very fast from first call to problem solved including a 45 min commute - 10:06am to 12:35 key removed Skill and research on a very unusual problem - Subaru dealership had never heard of this ever happening He had reached out to all dealerships and resale locations to find a new ignition (which was the likely outcome of this problem) and made a plan for the worst case scenario before arriving initially.

Ok, THIS is the locksmith you're looking for! We bought a vehicle that only came with one key fob. All the dealerships were quoting us $500+ to get a new one. I called Erez who came out to our house the very next day and programmed a fob I had purchased online for a fraction of the price the dealerships were quoting for their programming and he did it all under 30 minutes!! Erez was kind, communicated our appointment time clearly and kept me up to date on his arrival time. He dbl checked both fobs before leaving and even taught us some things about our vehicle that we wouldn't have known otherwise to help us in the future!

I spent 48 years in the car business and retired try to find for the last year someone to replace my key for a 2006 crossfire no one including Chrysler because they've discontinued. The keys was able except this company came out in less than two hours, made a duplicate key key fob and programmed it to the car, this service I've ever seen. Thanks.
